The words are too limiting to express the true joy of the 1/3 cut tab folders manufactured by SMEAD�. The genius left-middle-right tab options render the arduous task of file hunting virtually effortless. The SMEAD� company does not skimp on quality, settling for no less than 11 point card stock as opposed to the 9.5 point stock other companies have. I use these folders everyday for many reasons and they never disappoint. Love Love Love that they are recycled and made in the USA.

This worked perfectly as we shifted our simple colored filing system with client names at the top, to the medical labeling system. While there are more steps to prepare a file, the efficiency, effectiveness and containment of a client's paper file has been a great change! The only thing we wished it had was a laminate strip where the labeling goes, so that when files are purged to storage, the file can be easily reused. (We currently line it with a strip of tape, but it is time consuming)

These folders house all of our business paperwork - bills, invoices, statements, etc. They get used daily and hold up to the abuse. I couldn't be happier. They really get the job done.
